I’m passionate about creating a space that’s welcoming and inclusive for everyone. I aim to honor the many aspects of your identity and intersectionality —whether that’s your cultural background, who you love, how you express yourself, your faith, your age (18+), neurodivergence, your gender, your body size/appearance, your life experiences and any past trauma. My greatest aim is for the counselling space to feel safe and free from judgement.

I offer three low-cost spaces to make counselling more financially accessible - these are currently filled, however I will update The Counselling Directory and my website when there is availability. 

I try my best to accommodate any specific accessibility needs you may have if you make me aware of these, this includes with introductory calls. I aim to make counselling as comfortable as possible for you. 

I don’t ask for many forms to be signed before sessions start, however if you need assistance with these forms please let me know. However, please note that my practice is up several flights of stairs, so it’s not currently wheelchair accessible. If you have mobility needs, I can offer online or phone sessions to ensure you’re still able to receive support.
